Advising on an AED 100 Million Banking and Guarantee Dispute

George advised and represented a client in a commercial dispute valued at approximately AED 100 million against a major international bank. The dispute concerned substantial loan facilities and the proposed enforcement of personal and corporate guarantees. The matter required a detailed examination of the facility documentation, the scope of the guarantees, the liabilities attributed to the individual guarantors and the relationship between the borrower’s corporate obligations and the client’s alleged personal exposure.
