1. PROFESSIONAL POSITION
The Website is the professional information website concerning George Saji Kuruvilla (“George”), Head of Disputes at Ammar Almulla Advocates and Legal Consultants LLC (“AMCO Law Firm”). George is a legal consultant registered with the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department and is registered under Part II of the DIFC Courts’ Register of Legal Practitioners.
The Website is not a law firm, legal consultancy or separate legal practice. George practises through AMCO Law Firm. Any legal advice, representation or other legal service arising from a Website enquiry is provided only by or through AMCO Law Firm after formal acceptance of the matter. The Website does not create a separate personal legal practice or personal retainer of George.
2. NO LAWYER CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
Visiting the Website, reading or downloading material, submitting an enquiry, sending an email, message or document, making a telephone call, booking or attending an introductory meeting, or receiving a response does not create a lawyer client relationship with George or AMCO Law Firm.
A lawyer client relationship arises only when AMCO Law Firm has completed its required acceptance procedures and expressly confirms the engagement in writing. Until then, no communication should be treated as acceptance of instructions or as an undertaking to act.
3. NO PERSONAL UNDERTAKING BY GEORGE
Nothing on the Website, and no preliminary communication arising from it, constitutes a personal undertaking, warranty, guarantee, fiduciary commitment or separate assumption of professional responsibility by George outside his role with AMCO Law Firm. If AMCO Law Firm accepts a matter, the engagement is governed by AMCO Law Firm’s terms of engagement and applicable professional rules.
4. NO DUTY TO MONITOR OR PROTECT DEADLINES
Unless AMCO Law Firm has expressly accepted a matter in writing, neither George nor AMCO Law Firm is responsible for monitoring or preserving any limitation period, appeal period, filing deadline, notice period, hearing date, payment date or other time limit. No enquiry, call, message, document submission or preliminary discussion should be relied upon as confirmation that any procedural or protective step will be taken.
5. NO LEGAL ADVICE OR RELIANCE
All articles, updates, case summaries, commentary, interviews, publications and other material on the Website are general information only. They are not legal advice, a legal opinion or a recommendation and are not prepared for the particular circumstances of any visitor or third party.
You should not act, delay action or refrain from acting on the basis of Website material. Specific advice should be obtained after proper review of the relevant facts, documents, law and procedure. Past matters, professional experience, reported decisions, settlements, recoveries, testimonials, rankings and other achievements do not guarantee or predict any future result. No outcome, duration, cost recovery, enforcement result or commercial consequence is promised or warranted.
9. THIRD PARTY MATERIAL, CYBER RISK AND IMPERSONATION
Third party links and materials are provided for convenience only and are not controlled or endorsed merely because they appear on the Website. Electronic communications may be intercepted, altered, delayed or impersonated. 11. PRECEDENCE
If there is any inconsistency between Website material and a formal written engagement issued by AMCO Law Firm, the formal engagement governs the provision of legal services. The Website Terms and Conditions govern use of the Website.
